Growth Mindset

Another great strategy to get in the zone:

With a growth mindset you believe you can improve your abilities through practice.

You don't see failure and criticism as bad things, but opportunities to learn and develop.

You know you can learn a lot from other people and appreciate their help and guidance.

Instead of giving up, you embrace difficult tasks and try hard to improve.

You see problems as chances to experiment with different solutions.

You understand that if you're trying and learning, it doesn't matter whether or not you succeed because you're on a journey of continual development.
