How to Use This Website

Morning routines, afternoon check-ins and more: Morning Routines Daily morning routine videos can be found here .  These aim to help get our minds and bodies ready for the day.   A slightly different video will be added each day, so make sure you click on the video with today’s date in the title: If possible, we would encourage you to pause the video for discussion after the daily facts section.  You can also invite discussion after each of the three questions, but no pressure should be placed on anyone to share their thoughts if they do not feel comfortable doing so.  Afternoon Check-ins A check-in video for daily use can be found here  (under morning routine videos).  This aims to help get our minds and bodies ready for the afternoon.
