Our IP Policy

The Zone has created a programme, processes, tools and models that support organisations to transform. We may also create material specially for use with your organisation. We maintain the intellectual property (IP) in all our material unless we have specifically assigned it to you. Any output from use of our materials which relates to your organisation belongs to you. Our IP Policy provides you with guidelines on how to use our IP inside and outside the boundaries of your organisation. We rely on your personal integrity to uphold the spirit of this agreement and protect the ownership of The Zone materials.

The Zone tools, models and processes are:

• free to be used within the organisation we are working with
• free to be used with friends and family (non commercially and with attribution)
• free to be used with registered Charities with our prior approval (non commercially and with attribution)
• NOT to be used in any way commercially
• NOT to be used with partners other organisations in your Group, or supplier and partner organisations
• NOT to be used out of context or misaligned to the purpose of the tool/model/process (ie must be used and delivered with good intention)

AND

• when you use The Zone material in the permitted circumstances we have outlined above, please attribute The Zone as source
• feel free to propose a partnership with us on any commercial opportunities which may arise from our materials

If you are aware or suspect our materials are being misused, misrepresented or are being used without permission or outside of the spirit of this Policy, you agree to notify us immediately.
